ACUPUNCTURE

ELEMENTAL HEALING
Elemental Healing in LA is an alternative practice that combines allopathic and Chinese medicine with the physical yogic principles of movement and alignment. Resulting from a journey that began in medical school over 15 years ago, second-generation acupuncturist Emill Kim has merged his experiences in Western medicine, the traditional wisdom from his Korean family legacy, and his own training, study, and cultivation from a decade of yoga.

OPEN HEART MEDITATION
Unlike traditional meditation, Open Heart Meditation™ is a remarkably simple, yet effective, heart-based practice centered on “feeling” rather than on brain-oriented visualizations or breathing techniques, which makes this practice purely experiential. Open Heart Workshops are aimed at guiding attendees to feel, strengthen, and connect with their “Spiritual Heart,” the center of peace, calmness, joy and true love. For more information, click HERE to send an email to Anyez Cheung. Sign up for monthly events through Open Heart Meditation Meetup-Downtown LA.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE

DR. ARTHUR M. AKIMOTO, DC
Longtime resident and building owner George Rollins highly recommends Arts District-based chiropractor Arthur M. Akimoto. “You won’t get any amulets or psychic adjustments in his office,” says Rollins. “He knows what he’s doing and gets the work done. Most important, he appreciates art and artists. Many of my friends and family members swear by him.”
